What We Offer!
Ive worked with several of my clients one on one to address fear and trepidation about attending a yoga class for fear of not being able to do the poses or keep up with the other participants or the instructor.
Ive helped clients learn more accessible ways of getting in to poses so that the next time they attend a yoga class they will feel more comfortable ad confident.
Ive taken requests from clients to work on certain things that can’t be accomplished in a class setting.
Ive also worked with clients who would never have practiced yoga outside of our one on one sessions.
